High tech smart home: LED Samsung Smart TV's throughout the property (60" in Living room), high speed WIFI internet (800mbps), Nest thermostat, Pentair Automated Pool and Spa heating. A Harmon Kardon Audio system pipes music to the interior rooms as well as the lanai pool, this can be paired to your personal Spotify if desired.
Perfect Sleep Promise: A relaxed trip starts and ends with a great nights sleep. To ensure this, all the mattresses in this property are big end and replaced regularly (Jan 2023, mattresses were replaced). The primary suite has electric black out blinds to ensure that the Florida sun won't disturb your perfect night.
South West Sunny exposure: SW exposure ensures plenty of warm sunshine throughout the day and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. This exposure is rare and especially sought after during the winter months when some of the lanais have very little sun exposure.

The home also has all the equipment you may need for a trip to the beach (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler boxes, etc).
Close to Downtown Naples and Marco Island: Naples is the Gulf Coast's premier address, and nothing brings it all home more luxuriously than Lely Resort which is 10 miles from beautiful beaches and Fifth Avenue Shopping District.
